Friday, I'm in ♥

I don't know what it was about this week, but there were some amazing posts out there. I am having a hard time narrowing it down. So, I may throw in a couple more than I normally do, so enjoy.

Our weekend is filled with baseball and softball. Yep, it's that time of year again and we are gearing up for jam packed weekends, soaking up the sun at the ballpark. Throw in planning a wedding, a prom for our Junior in May and just the normal day to day happenings, and things are getting ready to get super hectic! But no fear, we can handle it.

So, on to my Friday favorites. Hope you enjoy. And let me know what I've missed this week that you loved!

  • Pinterest Search: Why It Sucks and How You Can Improve It by Momcomm. I know I'm not the only one that read that and went, "Pinterest search does suck.' I get frustrated weekly with this problem. After reading this, I realized I was part of the problem and needed to be part of the solution. See how you can do your part in better optimizing Pinterest searches.

  • This DIY Faux Terrarium over at Skunkboy Creatures. Isn't it so cute (insert a girly squeal here). And it's so simple. I think this might be an actual DIY project that I complete. And think the kids would really have fun with this one too.

  • Beth writes a very honest post this week on finances at Through the Eyes of the Mrs.. If you ask me, it takes a lot of guts to say that you don't have it all together when it comes to your finances. She says she is the majority and not the minority - as in, the majority of people struggle with money. I say kuddos to her for talking about a tough topic that a lot of people are dealing with.

  • I've said before, I'm not a huge What I Wore Wednesday fan. I don't hate it, I just never have gotten into it. But this post from Rellas Bellas this week might have converted me. I love how cute and put together she is in every single picture. But it's not over the top and all designer clothes. She looks like the beautiful, down to earth girl she is. And she totally inspired me with her outfits.

  • It's no secret that I have picky eaters in my home and dinnertime is a battle. Cait. Create. had some great tips this week on how to get kids to eat healthy. Not all of these work for me, since mine are so much older, but they are great ideas, especially for little ones.

  • And just because I can't stop going back and looking at it, did you see this Vintage-Nautical Baby Shower idea at Hostess with the Mostess? You know I'm obsessed with anchors, right? I need to have this baby shower - for someone. Will someone let me do this for you, please?
